You'll see your usage on the Billing page as you approach the limit. New customers or punches beyond your plan's limit are paused until you upgrade — nothing is deleted, and existing customer cards keep working.
Yes, anytime from your billing settings. Plan changes are handled through Stripe's customer portal, and charges are prorated for the time remaining in your billing cycle.
