Terms of service
These terms govern your use of PunchCardQR (the "Service"), operated for business owners ("Owners") who run a digital loyalty program for their own customers ("Members"). By creating an Owner account or using a Member card, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Owner accounts are passwordless — access is granted by a one-time code sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it's the only way to sign in.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is available at no cost, subject to the usage limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and can be changed or cancelled at any time from your billing settings; changes are prorated automatically. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with advance notice to active subscribers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send marketing communications to a Member who has not opted in;
- Collect Member data for any purpose beyond operating your loyalty program;
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security controls;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store content that infringes another party's rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of your business name, branding, program details and customer data. You grant PunchCardQR the right to store and process it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (including our hosting and payment providers) may occasionally affect access.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses the Service, or is inactive for an extended period on the Free plan without notice, after reasonable attempts to reach the account owner.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PunchCardQR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost revenue from a promotion, reward, or campaign not behaving as expected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Owners by email before they take effect.
